Q: I need a Western Digital 2060-771945-001 Rev. A PCB. I don’t see that listed in your inventory. Is one available, or can you point me to a source?
A: Please refer: http://www.hddzone.com/wd-2060771945001-pcb-p-569.html
When you get this PCB, you need to move your original PCB’s BIOS to the replacement PCB. The 8pins (4 pins on each sides) with 25P05VP、 25P10VP、25F512、25F1024、25F1024AN、SST25VF512、 SST25VF010, etc. are the BIOS.
Q: Thanks for the reply.
I did see that board, but it doesn’t say Rev. A. I’m a novice at this, but what I’ve read suggests that makes a difference.
A: REV A, REV B can be used as same. If you need REV A, you can make note when you order.
Q: Thanks again. I managed to get some data off the drive, and am now trying to assess the situation. I love to learn new things so I may give it a shot just for the heck of it.
